I was very happy with my stay at Hilton Garden inn. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the airport transportation and the driver was also willing to take us to the nearby barbecue restaurant (Pappas) one evening, (the restaurant at the hotel was limited for lunch and dinner menu) They did had a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning. It worked out so well for a reasonable place to stay before our cruise which left from Galveston. It was a 6 minute shuttle drive back to the airport on cruise day and then we took the Galveston Shuttle from the airport to the cruise port which took about 45 minutes. Galveston hotels were much more expensive, so this place worked out great!

During my visit to Texas to see family, I chose to stay here and I was pleased with my decision. The hotel provided a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making my stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities provided added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

I travel for a living. The hotel itself is fine but during my 3 days stay they ran out of bacon, promised me sausage instead but never brought it to the table, and then during dinner I ordered french fries twice, and they were also never brought out. Also I had to wait 35 minutes for pancakes. Whoever is in charge of the kitchen needs to be fired! Then, they also had some problems with the water for 2 days, which means during the day unable to shower, flush, or wash hands! The front desk staff were pleasant but the rest of this is completely unacceptable. This hotel is way below Hilton standards.

Hotel is “fresh”, maintained excellently and every part made for a welcome stay. Staring with front desk staff, made to order breakfast delicious. Easy and readily available airport shuttle. We’d definitely stay here again. While we Ddo t use it the pool looked very nice

As a Hilton Diamond member, I stay at a lot of Hilton properties and this particular hotel was just not up to the Hilton standards. Breakfast was OK, IF you could get the attention of the single gal taking orders/delivering breakfast/busing tables and taking payment. During our 3 night stay, we only ate there once. Sleep quality was also just average as we noticed a higher than normal about of noise. Important to note that we were in room 501 (top floor, last room at the end of the hallway) Front desk personal were friendly and very helpful.
